- Every amount paid in advance is credit on its stage; each class recorded takes its price from it.
- A package’s credit is a discount special to its stage. When the stage ends, what was taken is priced at the platform’s own prices; only what is beyond that moves on or is refunded.
- Bonuses and discounts are not refunded and do not move.
- Credit left at the end of a course is settled by the administration with the student: moved to another subject, given to another student at their request, or refunded.
- A student who declares they withdraw gives up the amounts paid, package or classes; the administration may grant a goodwill amount it decides. Stopping without a declaration is not a withdrawal.
- There is no free trial class.
