This policy explains how the KADER MIS platform collects, uses and protects your personal data, under Law No. 13 of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy in the State of Qatar.
Who is responsible
Q Founders Services W.L.L., Doha, Qatar, which runs the KADER MIS platform. For anything about your data: hello@kadermis.com.
What we collect
- When you register: your name, mobile number, e-mail if you give it, gender, university and track, the courses you choose, and your course instructor if you name them.
- While you study: your attendance and the recordings you watch, your payments and invoices, your results if you report them, your requests and your trainer’s notes.
- On the website: what you write in the contact and booking forms.
- The website uses no advertising trackers. The portal uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Why
- To register you, teach you, follow your attendance and payments, and issue your certificate.
- To contact you about your classes and dues, on WhatsApp or through portal notifications.
- To answer what you send from the website.
- To keep financial records as the law requires.
Who sees it
- The administration.
- Your trainer: only what concerns their own students.
- Providers who work for us: hosting, encrypted backup, and card payments through Qatar Islamic Bank. They use it for nothing else.
- Able, the website’s AI assistant: it runs on Claude, by Anthropic. We send it none of your platform data, we remove phone numbers and e-mails from questions before they are sent, and we keep no conversations.
- We don’t sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long
- We keep your study records for five years after your last course, then delete or anonymise them.
- We keep financial records (payments, receipts and invoices) for ten years, as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask to see your data, correct it, delete what the law doesn’t require us to keep, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to hello@kadermis.com and we’ll answer within a reasonable time.
Protection
- Connections are encrypted.
- Passwords are stored encrypted and no one can read them.
- Backups are encrypted.
- Each person can reach only the data their work needs.
Changes
Any change to this policy is published as a new numbered, dated version. Earlier versions stay published.
