Who we are
The KADER MIS educational platform is run by Q Founders Services W.L.L. in Doha, Qatar. By using the website or the student portal you accept these terms and the platform’s policies.
Your account
- Your portal account is opened once the administration approves your registration; the sign-in link is sent to you on WhatsApp.
- The account is personal: don’t share your password or sign-in link with anyone. You are responsible for what is done from your account.
- Give correct details, and tell us if your mobile number changes.
Studying
- We teach each course in its stages as the university divides it, with live classes, recordings and summaries.
- We explain and train; we don’t do graded homework, projects or exams for anyone.
- Class times are in the portal and may change for a good reason; we tell you of any change.
Content
Classes, recordings, summaries and questions belong to KADER MIS and are for your own study only. They may not be copied, recorded, published, sold or shared. The details are in the content integrity policy.
Paying
You pay for the services you receive in full and on time, under the payment policy and the refund and credit policy.
Closing an account
The administration may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the policies, for example by sharing content, or by not paying once the agreed grace period has ended.
Responsibility
We work to keep information correct and the service available, but your result in a university course depends on you and your university; we don’t promise a grade.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
