Kader works where business, technology and education meet. He founded KADER MIS to close the gap between what students learn at university and what they need at work. He teaches Management Information Systems, AI and data analytics there, with the focus on applying ideas rather than memorising them.
He has delivered more than 6,000 hours of teaching, training and business coaching. He is a business development and AI solutions consultant, and the Founder & CEO of Q Founders Services W.L.L. In recent years he has advised and carried out studies for a number of startups. He is currently working on studies in artificial intelligence.
